All orders and products ship from our locally owned warehouse in Woodend, Victoria, Australia. 

Free Shipping 

All orders over $59 AUD are offered free standard postage through Australia Post, with additional options to upgrade to Express carrier services at the checkout. We use Australia Post as our carrier of choice for both domestic and international orders.  

Bulky shipments, like framesets and/or wheels ship via StarTrack Express for domestic orders, or FedEx for international orders.  

Same Day Dispatch 

Place your order before 1 pm AEST and your order will leave our Woodend warehouse the same business day. Orders placed after 1 pm aren’t guaranteed to leave same day, however, we’ll always endeavour to get orders packed before our daily AusPost collection.

Like you, we ride (or sometimes ride) because we enjoy the peripheral activities; post-coffee shop brew, club race banter, or retail therapy with new bike gear. When listing our brands, know that we’ve pondered, drooled and thought the same question you may have. As riders, ex pro and self-proclaimed weekend warriors, we have tested and experienced the products we list, making us poised to offer feedback or support based on your current or future cycling aspirations. We are not just an online bike store this is the part of the day where we try and repay our staff purchases off internally. 

Like you, we like to shop online and have been let down countless times after placing an order only be told that the product must be ordered from a supplier. We hate that. It can mean lost weekends of riding or ruined holidays because critical parts haven’t arrived, even if you ordered them with plenty of time. 

If a product is available for purchase online at Acium Sports, it is in stock and ready for dispatch from our local warehouse with no added waits to get your purchase to you.
